Custom Necromancy AI - New Necro AI

I modified the old necromage ai since didn't really care for a mage casting necromancer and made it more necro pure casting AI. Tested and seems to work just fine might need a bit of tweaking as far as power level goes might want to increase or decrease its power depending on your server game play.
Uses:
Necromancy Skill & Spirit Speak Skills exclusively no mage spells for healing or curing or teleporting around. At higher levels uses higher level necro spells etc.
