Extracting .vd files for newer art

I am using an older client, and am wondering how I might extract some of the .vd files from newer clients and import them onto my client. I have found a few here and there, but there are still a few I would like to use. Is there a particular client version I need, or should I patch up an older client to 7.0.23.0? Thanks in advance!

Animations for new clients are not .vd files. These are .bin formats in AnimationFrame1-4.uop files. You can extract them using MythicPackageEditor, KRFrameViewer and then create a new animation for older versions of clients. A lot of work.
