Flag UoFiddler

As I'm a beginner and there are several flags in the UoFiddler on the tiledata side, I was wondering why some walls have the nodiagonal flag and others don't?

I find a few bits of explanation, but never complete. Is there a tutorial that I couldn't find that would explain all the flags?
