I'm in the process of setting one up, currently looking for a decent hosting site as I speak.
Domain name registered, SQL server available for the forums etc etc etc.
Just the usual stuff that goes with it, actually I'm just a bit disappointed with a lot of the top list sites for the advertising of shards.
Seems to me the community really would benefit from a site which shows online and offline servers again but that's just me being me

Just been adding a few things to the server so a bit of an update to let people know how its going.
Players are allowed up to 9GM's skills (or 9000 skill points across any of the available skills)
Players stats are set to a max 275 (adjustable at any time with the statset commands)
I.E. [statset STR/INT or DEX (then value) 0-125
Some of the custom items are on the server now are...
Knives Chat v3.0 (use [c to access it)
Custom Resources (my own version which is slightly different)
Player Goverment System v2.21
Firework Crafting
Stargates
New Stealables
New Pack Animals
Crystal & Powder Crafting
Evo Pets & Bio Engineering are in
Skill Balls
A few changes to the standard maps
Once I get a bit more time the shards web page will show online/offline status and various other information from the shard like player numbers etc etc.
