Health Bars Bugged

Hey all. I am quite new and just running my server and testing things. It seems the health bars have been bugged somehow and not sure how to fix?

The problem is when you pull a health bar from a mob, it shows it as dead, but once you start hitting, it acts as normal. Has anyone experienced this?

No longer in need of help. The admin has booted me from his team baha. This was a bug in Sheivan's server. The guy I just found out who stole work from UOO. Thanks for looking though, guys.

Can confirm I have this same bug with ServUO Pub 57.
