Help for the new shard open!!! Maximum capacity problem!

I settle a new shard, full clean scripts. When it runs, I can log in and see the shard name,
And the server is normal.Then to the next step :

It shows this message. And server shows Disconnected, no error tips.
And login again, it shows below, can't log in again.

What's the problem? Please tell me how to solve this?Thx very much.

Hello, this is usually due to your server losing access to the network you are trying to connect to. A restart of the server should fix it.
