help please

This might be a newbie question so excuse me if it is. reformatted my comp without backing up my server( I know stupid me) but when i re-downloaded it from the website I compiled it and ran it (no new scripts just server from downloads) i get a fatal error and it closes. I've added a pic of what it says. any and all help is always appreciated and thanks in advance.

Try running it as Administrator. You right-click, drag to desktop to create a shortcut. Next, right-click the shortcut, and go to Properties. In the Security or Compatibility section, select "Run As Administrator".

Since you formated your C: drive you will need to use the DataPath.cfg and point it to your server files. Basically the client that the server can fetch the data from.
If it was on C: aswell then you will need to install a new copy of Ultima
