How to remove Britain's bank?

So I unfroze the west Britain's bank and tried to wipe it but did not go as planned.
I have my datapath linked to a custom folder with this in it, what am I doing wrong???

The artwork in UO is client sided, you cant wipe the bank from within the game or in the code.
You'd need to edit the map files.

I think just familiarizing yourself with Centred+ will get you a lot further.

I have tried Centred+ but everytime i install it then run it i get a error code 740

Have you tried running it as admin, you know, elevating it's permission level?

I can run the stuff now but this is what happens when i run CEDserver
