Haven't used Runuo in quite some time- look for scripts/misc/currentexpansion.cs
If Runuo has currentexpansion
Then search the script for .....Mobile.InsuranceEnabled = Enabled; if so change to false
If this isn't correct I'm sure some one will help out!
