How to set max houses per IP address?

I red in a couple posts that you can set the maximum amount of houses that a specific IP address can have... All I can find is the maximum amount of houses per account per IP so I can only limit the total max houses per IP buy limiting the number of accounts per IP...

The problem is I want players to be able to have 4 accounts per IP for macroing purposes but I only want them to be able to have 2 houses.

Does anyone know which .cs files i need to modify to change the number of accounts per ip and number of houses allowed per account ? Simple lol question but has yet to be captured by my never ending search . Thanks as always for everyone's input. :D

Yeah I read through that one and all the others on servuo.com but nothing really helps so I decided to just do 1 account per ip and 1 house per account.
