Two things:
1: The file itself is probably not in UTF8, which removes the chinese characters when you save, it would not surprise me considering that the line endings differ in nearly all the files.
2: Something disallows UTF8 before getting to the Listener.cs, but that would surprise me.

1:Thank you very much for the reply,I edit the cs files with sublime3 and sure they are saved with UTF-8.I even make a main.cs copy(because the chinese characters in it can displayed correctly) and rename it listener.cs,and copy the original contents of listener.cs in it,it still doesn't work....
2:i am not good at scripting....
