importing graphics using Fiddler and Pandora

Not sure what I am doing wrong but after I follow all of the steps suggested in the tutorial, it does not show my new graphics in game. I am only seeing gray blobs with specks of crystals or something. Will try to post pic. Tutorial is :
So the steps I followed:
Through fiddler, locate the next empty tile, add bmp graphic (got it from another client) to that using the next item ID and save which created the art.mul and artdx.mul. Go to tiledata tab and change properties on the added graphic. I don't know if it matters but I used a weight of 1, height 1, Article A, and partial hue. (the graphic is a mirror) and saved it - creates the new tiledata.mul. Then to the uop packer tab in fiddler and located the folder with the graphic and clicked pack MUL to UOP which created artLegacyMUL.uop in the graphic folder. I then copied and pasted art.mul, artdx.mul, tiledata.mul and artLegacyMul.uop into my game client folder overwriting the previous files. I closed all programs and restarted servuo, client, pandora and fiddler. I can see the mirror in fiddler and pandora but when I add to my shard, it does not look like the graphic. Need suggestions from you experts :) Thank you!

You can either:

Increase the z ingame, the command would be: [set z (insert number here)

or edit the graphic and increase the height canvas:

go to

upload the file, click 2013 expand canvas, then increase the height if it is 35 put there 45 or so

Thanks, that did not work. Actually I imported 5 other graphics and they insert almost the same, the blob just changes shape.

I haven't added custom items- but your graphic is a flowstone with the crystals in it, there are quite a few different shapes in uofiddler 0x9CAA
