I never got why there is no irrigation ditch in UO with the desert setting, so I made some.

Does this allow for players to place these in their houses to connect to water sources?
Or do staff members have to place these?
Do they function as a water source or are they just for decoration?

This is just art tass23, what you do with it after patching it into art.mul is up to you. As is it is just decoration, yes.
