Is there any method like "OnWalk"?Just to add world broadcast.

Im trying to add into a mob a world broadcast when he just move,i tryed OnThink but i need to be infron off him to do the broadcast.
Is there any method to use if (Alive) or when he walk a step,or some way to add it without problems?Thank you!
