It appears that [xmledit xmlnpc and the quest dialog is broken. What next?

Is there any other quest generation system out there? I'd like to create quests without a lot of codeing. xmlspawnerfan and the quest system was the coolest I've seen, but all of the functions are not available (such as "[xmledit")
