Hi all,
I am trying to get the correct information with regards to item level deeds. Now currently we have a level deeds for weapons only but I do have a few questions:
1) How do I make it so I can universally apply it to all items?
2) How do I change the caps on the items? Say normal cap is at 50% for hit areas - how can I increase that to 75%?
3) How do I implement deeds which can increase the cap on the items say +5 +10 or +15 level increase cap on the items (You would still need to grind the exp to level the item)
