I noticed that when I do a [clearfacet it will delete all the objects in trammel for instance but immediately after if I do it again there are 3 objects to delete. Then if I save the item count jumps to 240 in trammel. What are these mysterious items?
 
Are you using the newest svn? If so a lot of the newer systems auto generate some items if they do not detect them (IE: you deleted them). You will need to use XmlFind to locate them and then shut that off in the code, for the respected system.

Tas, if you're using the latest repo, did you see a spot (or several spots, perhaps), where various extra systems can be enabled or disabled? I have not run the latest repo, so I'm curious if those kinds of changes have been implemented. I suppose I should get around to that one of these days Lol

The reason I mentioned this is because at one point along the line, the suggestion of being able to turn extra systems on/off, was "on the table"...if that is the case, simply disabling a system should prevent further spawning of objects related to said system...I would think

I'm using SVN 1894 I see we are now up to 1899
 
That is new enough. Let me know what you find is left, using XMLFIND, after you wipe a facet.

The error is probably the one I fixed locally, its just throwing it because there are not enough npcs (vendors I think?) for the honesty system
 
You need to go into the code, and shut off Honesty, Magincia plant system, Hunting system, ect. Then restart, then delete.
