Items with skills going over cap

Hello everybody, id like some help just to find where i can change to allow items with skills on it to go over the 100 cap, like i find an ring with +6 animal taming and if im gm it goes to 106, or if im 120 it goes to 126. Thanks.

you could try opening AOS.cs

under the method
public void AddTo(Mobile m)

change
sk.ObeyCap = true;
to false

We're actually having the same trouble on our server. Did his fix work for you? Just want to know whether or not we should try this.
