I think for something like that you need a moded version of the game files you want to play.
And I'm going to guess that those files would probably also install something on your computer you don't want.

you have to bypass multilayers of anticheats on kernel while injecting code snippets and preserve game files through remote execution

I just don't have the time, patience, or threshold of effort, commiting myself to learning the programming branches necessary when I could just pay a coder to privately do it all just for me.

as fun as it is to bypass the designer's intended gameplay and manually script in an arma3 tank catapult attached to the weapon-trigger skeleton, who needs a bazooka, or weeks of leveling, when the engine is capable of so much more than these basics?
