As far as I know the ListUOGo app 'should' be able to work on newer clients for the decrypt (un-checked tho).
ListUO site registering has been disabled due to the nasty spam-bot's that are still hitting the site, I basically got sick of deleting porn links every day.
I could maybe look into something else to help people out but not sure what at the moment.
Just remember tho, it was written a few years ago now and was only working on Win XP with .NET 2.0, I never got round to updating it.
