Lose Connection

So I just created my first ServUO shard. I can successfully log into the game from a different workstation. However, once I step through the character creation I lose connection every time. I've looked around the forums but didn't see any posts that resemble this error. Any thoughts on what I might do to correct are greatly appreciated.

I found the resolution... Stumbled on some error files. Then found this thread.
https://www.servuo.com/threads/new-zlibwapi32-and-zlibwapi64.6527/ which lead me to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads and I just installed the latest package.
