I have searched for hours for a map maker and/editor to do what I need. Only to discover that I found broken links, out-of-date tutorials, forums whose owners have forgotten about them so you can't download nothing, software that just does not do what it is designed to do, and the software i do find, is on websites that will not share.

This is what I want to do. I would like to make a BLANK Ilshenar map, void of all statics, terrain, everything. A fresh clean slate if you would.

    Can someone help me out?

Currently using Centred+. Which is the only thing I found that works.

You can use a mass operation to zero the map out.
