Hi guys, this is an official release for ServUO of MapCreator v5.0...

It has the same functionality as the previous versions with a new UI and coded in a .NET 8.0 project. I've done some things a little bit different this time around. Instead of making every utility included with this project a Windows Form Application, I only created one Windows Form Application.
