my server not laoding for my friend

ok i have my server and i have windows 7 and my friend has same folder for my server and he has window 10 now whne i try to put server up it works no problem for me when he trys to load it it asks him for ultima directory he puts where it is is then he hits enter its tells him to make sure script/misc/datapath.cs is cofiged

and it ask if he wants to delte it
can someone help me help him plz
 
He did go into the datapath.cs script and changed where his game client is then saved this ?
