Nerun's distro errors

I installed Nerun's Distro for ServUO but I've got that errors
How can I fix it ?
I tried to delete them but it failed again.

This is an error in those two scripts, BaseCreature - which has many duplicate entries and QuestSystem.
I would use WinMerge and conpare it to the distro ServUO to locate those errors or if this is a new server, I would just redownload the latest SVN and then add Neruns.
