There is a "how do I change" post somewhere but I cannot find it.
Additionally, in this tutorial here: https://www.servuo.com/tutorials/getting-started-with-servuo.2/ it says "First off please enter the Config directory. Every option in here is self explanatory and the default options are just fine. However, if you wish you can change any of these options to suit your preferences."
The file you are looking for is Accounts.cfg within the Config directory.
The line is:
AutoCreateAccounts=false (which should say true to autocreate accounts)
