New Console Warnings?

Updated to the latest SVN this morning (1894) and I've had two warnings pop up in the console. Not sure if they are even worth worrying about, but didn't know if anyone else had seen anything similar to this:

15:33:27 Warning: Duplicate region name 'Corgul Boss Region' for map 'Trammel'

That one showed up when my GM character logged in.

18:54:24 Warning: 0x40031FD1: Amount changed for non-stackable item 'SutekQuestResource'. (2)

That one showed up just a random when I looking through the console log. Again, not sure if these are anyting to worry about, but since it says 'Warning' I figure I would post and see.
 
I update pretty regular. Last version was #1856 (if memory serves me right) and today I updated to 1894. If I've had messages like this before, I just haven't noticed them, until today. I also did a run of [createworld after I did this today. I had asked on another thread if this was a good habit to do when upgrading, but really haven't gotten a clear definitive answer as to yes or no on doing that. But, did no appear to happen during the [createworld command. Came much later in the day.
