Hi. I am trying to create my own server. I had one a few years ago using the enhanced client. I have a new computer so my new server should perform better.
I found a video in the tutorials on how to setup a new server with the UO Classic Client. In my opinion there is WAYYYYYYYY too much talking and trying to educate and way too few actual instructions with videos. For example, I did everything in the video, go the server to say "Listening" to my server, but then they just mention, in passing, that you need to setup the client to point to your server, with absolutely ZERO instruction on HOW to do that. I still can't get UO to see my server. Any suggestions?
My other question is, is there a way to setup a new server with the Enhanced Client? Like I mentioned, I had one running a few years ago. I just pointed the data path to the Enhanced Client. That does not seem to work now, as I receive several errors in the crash log that the system is looking for files that are not in that directory.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

You have to use classic client for the server to run on. Then connect with EC to play

3,You need EC Launcher edit EC client IP

This is a standalone version based on UO Enhanced Launcher that you can find on these forums. It was slightly modified so it doesn't require installation but is based on dll's and an xml file that will remember the Shards you have connected to...

Where do I find a list of commands for the Administrator?

And where can I change the prices of placing homes?
Do I need to run winrelease.bat after making changes to items?
Also why can my Admin account see Malas, Tokuno Islands and Ter Mur & Eodon but my regular players can't when they are in a moongate?
