Okay I am working on the world design of my server and need a go to.

Hello my lovely community, I am in need of a great program that works with the ServUO format for world building / design?

I know back in the day when I was testing the waters I remember UO Pandora and UO Forge were pretty good. Which one, new or old if available works best for ServUO as a world design? I am a little out of touch on the latest updates, if you could shoot me a link into the comments on which tool works best would be very grateful! I keep hearing Pandora but I am seeing a lot of people have problems with it just throwing that out there.

I have it open and running but it says PB offline, only certain things work when I click on the buttons and when I go to start crafting some landscape it doesn't show up in box with item picture. I have added the new UOP files into the client along with the download for PB, am I missing something with this?
