Play on another server, but want to make my own private server

I currently play on a private server, but I would like to create my own, just to mess around in.

Years ago I had a runUO server, but it looks like it is runuo is no longer maintained.

Another great reason to look at the code is to better understand the mechanics of uo and a free shard.
Just make sure you know what emu they're using. Sometimes code can differ between emus.
