This is the first package that will be part of a larger player management system
to be developed over time based on feedback!

This package includes both a Player Deed and Staff Command!

The Player Transfer Deed can be used by players to trade characters

Suggest adding that you cannot double-click on the ground, otherwise being picked up by someone would be tragic.

This is to vague for me to know what you did to cause this issue, more detail needed! There isn't much the system does, so I am leaning towards improper usage! But reply with more detail and I'll see if I spot your mistake!
 
Okay so I down loaded and placed in customs folder. I loaded the server and I have no errors. I have 2 player accounts. I want to transfer one character from 1 account to the other...so I click the deed on the char I want to transfer changing the color of the scroll to yellow...I then give the deed to my other account and click the deed and I transfers the char to the other account...the problem arises when I try to log into that transfered char the server immediately restarts. What did I do wrong?
 
Is that the only Character in the account? Which after the Transfer the account would be empty? If so that is the issue, transferring should require the account have multiple characters in order to be able to transfer one out!
 
I just checked I have more than one character however each time I try to login to the char it crashes the shard
It won't let me login with the transfered character.
 
What Server are you using? With a lack of info on the issue, it is impossible to help, since release your the first to have this issue, so I am leaning toward you doing something outside the system initial design or using it on a server it wasn't built for! The characters are nothing more than a byte field on the account, nothing complex!
 
I am running Pub 57. I don't know what I could be doing wrong. It works fine until I try to log into the character that transferred. My players are having the same issue so I had to remove it from now. I really do love your creativity on this...I just wish I could get it work work. The second you try and login to that transferred char the server reboots immediately.
 
Not sure what you or your players did, this system was created to explore making it easy for staff to transfer a player to another account, as they are only bound by one field, it wasn't a major edit to the system, but it wasn't meant to be accessible by players to use freely, as they could abuse the system, it doesn't have all the safe guards built in to prevent abuse, so I would lean towards that if players had access, then they could have done something causing the issue. Otherwise, once I get some time I'll take a pass on this system, add in safe guards and such, make some improvements etc etc!
