Players lose GM page upon logout

I am looking for a way to make sure that when players page a GM it will stay even if the player logs out. Is there a way I can get this fixed? I want to be able to make sure that some of our GM required events such as combining houses can still be a thing GMs are notified about even when the player logs out. Any help is welcomed.

We use pms as a work around for some issues those stay even after player logs or Staff logs
