problems with my npcs

Anytime I try to say buy, bank, sell, basically anything to my npcs it says the item must be locked down...?! Has anyone came across this problem and how do i fix it? Thanks.
 
No never heard of that.

So what version of the server are you running?
What client version are you running?
Is it every NPC?
What exactly are you saying?
Did you try on a different facet? (Maybe a gargoyle issue if so)

Did you edit the server?

i think i got ahold of a version they are still working on actually. its Servuo Master. But i have tried putting all my scripts in the pub 58 and everything is red and im trying not to start over. i took a look between pub 58 and servuo master and nothing seems to be that different as far as files so i dunno. its probably a glitch. im either going to figure it out or have to start all over i guess...
im running newest classic client.
if i say bank or buy or sell it gives the same response no matter what. It says you must lock this down first.
the only thing i can think of is that i added the world omniporter and i edited turned off the new banking system so instead of going through the new account thing it just sits in the bank.
