problems with new server

Everything works great on my pc but I just put it on a server and now I am getting this error, can you help tell me whats wrong

Did you change your data path when you moved the files?

I figured it out.. I had .net frameworkwork 4.5.1 on my pc and 4.0 on the server. madeit 4.5.1 and it fixed everything...
