Project Ultima is looking for a coder! This is an unpaid coder position. We will be providing a test as part of our interview process.
At Project Ultima we have a strong life comes first policy. Everyone has real life, and we understand. This is a passion project for us. We want to provide the best UOR experience around, but Life comes first for all of us.
We have many systems to be coded. As we near our Beta One test, we are in need of a coder to help us work towards Beta 2 and beyond. If you like designing and building new systems, you will fit right in. We are a custom UOR Experience. We use the original UO map, but modified to fit our Lore. We are a Felucca Ruleset server. We protect PvP, meaning any new systems that effect PvM do not effect PvP. So that PvP stays pure, without the worry if the new systems will throw off the balance of PvP.
Our Main Vision is to provide the UOR Experience everyone knows and loves, with a Major Expansion. New systems include Quality off Life, Map Updates, New loot including rares and lore based Relics, our new Pet Leveling System, automated events like "Relic Rush", and so much more that we have yet to announce.
If you would like to get in on the ground floor. If you want to help build world filled with new dangers and enemies, a world filled with new discoveries, and a world filled with new features and ideas. Message me (Riggz (Owner)) on our Discord.
We are currently looking for a Coder, but if you have experience in world building with Centred let us know. We will have open world building positions in the future.
We are also looking for anyone who likes to write Lore and create content like quests. We have a lot of room for new Lore Based quests. We have a base Lore to work from. This includes new Enemies, NPC Factions, updated lore for dungeons, and much more. While we are not an RP server, we will have RP features, and we welcome RP player. For those RP players and for those who love Lore, quests will be just one part of delivering that Lore to players. So if you like to write Lore and create content like quests, drop me a message. Having GM experience is a bonus, as this role does include GM'ing in game (answering pages, checking players, ect).
