Publish 54 Pull Help

I am trying to pull publish 54 but its aborting me saying Tell me who you are set up email ect .... but I cannot figure out where to set up my email
 
You don't need to register anything in order to pull the repository, sounds like you're having an unrelated issue.

Did you install GIT Bash and TortoiseGIT?
 
The downloadable ZIP package is consistent with the most recent push to the repository, so it should include everything that's downloaded during a pull.
The only negative to doing that way if I recall correctly, is that you don't have the luxury of using it as a repository to pull new updates, though you can always link it up at a later point.
