Razor .net issues. is there something else I can use?

cant get any versions of .net to install on my win 10. just state .net is not compatible. is there another program i can use?
find it odd but still work on my main desktop, would like it work on my laptop..

Thank you! found the issue. you pointed me in the right direction. Win update was shut off in the system and would not install .net. trurned that on and it download, thank you!
