removing Staff names

Im running JustUo with joeukus toolbar and Staff runebook how do I remove there names from list at startup ??? Ive removed some Staff but their names still show at shard startup and its getting to be a long list

Saves\Staff Runebook\Rune Accounts.xml

tried that fatal error but will revist and try it again
