trying it right now!
The repair bench works on vers 57.1 but the gump doesn't close. So you can keep it open forever.
Tested with existing benches and new bench.

It still ignores the confirmation gump to remove the deeds that are currently in. When you click OK, the gump closes, doesnt remove anything and you never get the cliloc that the items have been removed.
