Well I'm sure my post title says it all. I recently came back to Ultima Online and, after playing for a while, realized that as much as I love playing in somebody elses sandbox I'd love to take a crack at making my own world with it's own map and links/homages to my pre-Trammel days playing on the Great Lakes official shard.
I quickly found RunUO and Nerun's Distro, CentrED+, an a host of other programs that are, frankly, awesome but either abandoned or showing their age. While trying to find a stable release of RunUO 2.5 I stumbled across your ServeUO fork and, seeing an actual real, live, developer community I had to give it a shot.
So there it is, my intro. And I only showed a small hint of any sort of "shard owner" god complex ;-)
