RunUO/ServUO specific coding documentation

I've collected some documentation which was made for RunUO but is still very much true for ServUO. Every package is html based, so will open in your browser, start it through the index.html file in each of them.
It would be fantastic if someone has the time and energy to merge them and update them with ServUO specifics of course ...
