save xmlspawner

hello I help out with making xmlspawner quests and some spawns on a free shard which is ran by someone else.

Do I need a special tool to be able to save a spawner?

I have seer access to the xml server but won't let me save a spawner not sure if I have to download runuo or servuo or something to be able to save a spawner but from what I tell only the main client needs the runuo attached to it.

Do I need a higher access level to save a spawner?

It sounds like you might not have access rights. Check with the shard administrator to see what your access level is good for

By default, a Seer can see the spawners and make changes, but you can't export spawners to save them.
