I dont know what you mean by multiwaypoint.

If you mean a rail of waypoints so a npc follow a path, you can use xmlspawner for that
 
nah, there was a script release not sure when exactly possibly runuo,
a customized waypoint called 'multiwaypoint', so the single waypoint randomly selected a multitude of other waypoints
just had a [props selection to activate multi, then double click opened a gump. very useful.
