Falkor Aug 1, 2019 #2 ServUO will use outside services to determine your public IP address. If you want to specify one manually, go to /Config/Server.cfg and look for Code: @Address= and put your public IP address there. Be sure to also change AutoDetect=true to false near the top of the same file.
