Hi Mokomoko,
What you are asking is a rather tall order.
I would suggest downloading the latest ServUO repo from the Source Code link in the menu at the top of the window.
That has the code for the server.
You will want to edit the file DataPath.cs and point it to your UO install directory (you should have two UO directories, one for the server to use and one for your client).

Then run server.exe, create your Admin account and log in.
There are other things you can do after that, but that is the big *first step* ^.
