ServUO - (UltimaLive issue) - removing flowers? i.e; foxgrove flowers.

How to remove these types of ground-decoration/clutter? because these kinds of flowers aren't removable via UltimaLive static deletion, and block ship movement.

the green-circled flower/clutter is a deletable static, example.
the red-circled flower/clutter cannot be deleted, speaking of which also doesn't display a static itemID.

Is there any way to remove these w/out raising the ground/sea level above their Z?
