Servuo Update Question..... Newb

I am running the latest repo of servuo. But i want to reun the one with fs-ats system on it. How do i get my current setup running with that repo? I have tried to copy over my scripts and saves, but everytime i do it, there is errors about certain mobiles that arnt there.
So in short, when you guys push out a new release (update), how do i update my ongoing shard?

Since you have a server with accounts-saves you would be better off adding the fs-ats system to your server
