Setting Custom Guard Zone

Hello, i want to make wbb bank guarded
this is the coordinates i got from game

<rect x="1442" y="1700" width="" height="" />

how do i get widht and height? i just want guard zone around that wbb building and i want it to say you have entered guarded zone

region controller but use carefuly it has to have at minium a 25x25 tile area or it defaults all region controllers ( not sure anybody ever fixed that problem )
