I"m posting this under a bug report because it has happened to me across multiple scripts.
Upon logging in, the staff runebook isn't available, Owner/GM commands are unavailable. (They just have the command text above their heads). Trying to converse with NPCs has no effect (no quest giver gumps, no vendor gumps, etc.)
I've had this problem, like I said, upon installation of a bunch of different scripts, including my own.
