Starting location for new players.

Tell me please.
How do I make any new player, no matter what race or class they choose, appear in new heaven?
And I can not understand how you can put on the portal leading from new heaven, so that it could be used by players with Skill Cap = 400.
 
scripts/misc/charactercreation.cs also have a look at this teleporter, there are different teleporters.

Don't show me how to implement such a thing. That would after death the player was shown an arrow to the nearest healer?
 
I havnt used servuo much, im guessing that human chars go to trammel new haven and elves go to fel brit? so just change the elves part to the same as the humans.
